By purchasing a product through the Esahav application, you accept these terms of sale. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot purchase products through the Esahav application.

ARTICLE 2. Product Description

The products presented on Esahav are sold by Artisans. The Artisans are fully responsible for the presentation, quality, and safety of their products. The Artisans guarantee that the information about their products is accurate and up to date.

ARTICLE 3. Pricing and Payment

The prices of the products presented on Esahav are set by the Artisans. Prices include applicable taxes. Payment for the products is made online via Esahav. Esahav SAS will not be held responsible for any payment issues related to the use of the online payment platform.

ARTICLE 4. Delivery

The Artisans are responsible for delivering the products to customers. Esahav SAS will not be held responsible for any issues related to the delivery of products.

ARTICLE 5. Warranty

The Artisans guarantee that the products comply with their description on Esahav. In case of non-compliance, the Artisans are responsible for resolving the issue with the customer. Esahav SAS will not be held responsible for any warranty-related issues.

ARTICLE 6. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, and domain names displayed on Esahav are the property of Esahav SAS or third parties. No rights are granted to use these elements without prior written authorization from Esahav SAS or the concerned third party.

ARTICLE 7. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esahav SAS disclaims all liability for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages or losses arising from or related to the use of the Esahav application or the purchase of products through the application.

ARTICLE 8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Esahav application or the purchase of products through the application will be resolved confidentially through a mediation procedure. If mediation fails, the dispute will be submitted to a competent court.

ARTICLE 9. Governing Law

These terms of sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable law in the territory where Esahav SAS is established.
